Question 1

How do I find the right tyre size for my car?

Accepted Answer

The size is printed on your tyre sidewall, for example 225/45R18. You can also search by make, model and year on our home page and we'll suggest the sizes that normally fit — always confirm against the sidewall before ordering, because trims and optional wheels differ.

Question 2

Is fitting and balancing included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fitting and wheel balancing are calculated at checkout based on your tyre width, and the total you see before paying is the total you pay. A mandatory tyre disposal fee of $5 per tyre also applies.

Question 3

How does booking a fitting appointment work?

Accepted Answer

At checkout you enter your postcode or suburb, and we show verified service partners near you sorted by distance, with their available time slots. You pick the partner and time that suits, and we email your confirmation and order number.

Question 4

Can I pick my tyres up instead of having them fitted?

Accepted Answer

In Melbourne you can collect from Tullamarine at no delivery cost, or ask us to deliver to a commercial address for $20 per tyre. Commercial place name and address are required for delivery — we cannot deliver to residential addresses.

Question 5

Do you charge delivery fees?

Accepted Answer

Melbourne orders include a $10 per tyre delivery charge to your chosen service partner. Pickup from Tullamarine has no delivery fee.

Question 6

Can I add a wheel alignment to my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At checkout you can add wheel alignment and choose your vehicle body type — hatchback, sedan, wagon, SUV, 4WD, ute, van or light truck — and we only show partners who offer alignment.

Question 7

How long does a tyre fitting take?

Accepted Answer

Most passenger car fittings are completed while you wait. Your chosen service partner confirms the exact appointment time by email, and can propose a new time if something changes.

Question 8

When should I replace my tyres?

Accepted Answer

Replace tyres before they reach the legal minimum tread depth of 1.5 mm in Australia, or earlier if you see cracking, bulges or uneven wear. Our free AI Tread Check lets you upload a photo of your tread for an estimate.

Question 9

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Checkout is handled by Stripe and supports cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay and Zip where available.

Question 10

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us on +61 410 000 039 or info@treadivo.com.au as soon as possible. Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled under our refund and cancellation policy.
